Refund & Return Policy

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In the original packaging (where possible)

Free return shipping & no restocking fee

  • Return shipping is free.

  • We charge no return handling fee and no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email chongchongmaomao9@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged/defective or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and/or a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing/shipping.
